Your FASTA file should contain a single nucleotide sequence entry, all others after the first will be ignored (not to speak of wasting bandwidth and even exceeding the file size limit of 1.0MB and thus failing to be annotated at all).

Data is cached for 30 days unless the disk cache fills up. Annotations can take from 8 to 40 seconds depending on complexity, computer load and whether the annotator is "warmed" up.
